At KOSSIVI PREMIER, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, authentic African clothing and ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.
- Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Custom-made, altered, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Accessories such as headwraps, jewelry, and shoes, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Return Process
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@kossivpremier.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection.
If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- International Orders
All international sales are final, with exceptions only for damaged or defective items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot cover any customs or duty fees incurred during the return process.
